Preparing for Open Contact: Disclosure Is Not Discovery

2–4 minutes

Most people think governments are only now beginning to look into unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). The reality is the opposite. Governments have tracked, discussed, and studied this subject for generations. What is changing is how much of it they let the public see.

Disclosure, Not Discovery

UAPs are not a new topic inside government and military circles. Official programs date back to the middle of the last century. What is new is the flow of information to the public.

More documents, more transparency. The recent hearings, declassified reports, and military acknowledgments are releases of material that already existed. The story is not what we are discovering. It is what we are being told.

A gradual acclimation. The release is deliberate and paced. A population told everything at once would react with shock and fear, so information comes out in small, digestible steps. Each hearing and each declassified file makes the idea of non-human intelligence a little more ordinary, until the public is ready to live with it.

Why now? Open contact is approaching, and governments must prepare the public before it arrives. Slow, steady disclosure is how they do it.

It is global. Sightings are reported around the world, not just in the United States. According to channeled sources, Scotland is one of the most active locations on the planet for craft passing through. The American focus in the media reflects reporting habits, not the actual distribution of activity.

The Road to 2027

In a transmissions of Bashar, channeled by Darryl Anka, open public contact arrives within a five-year window centered on 2026 to 2028, leading to a major shift in human civilization between 2033 and 2050. Official disclosure is the preparation for that contact.

According to Bashar, the process unfolds in stages:

  1. First contact with the Yah-yel. Humanity will not meet dozens of species at once. The first open contact is with the Yah-yel, a hybrid race who look nearly human. This is by design, so that society can adjust without a primal fear reaction, mirroring the gradual pace of the disclosures themselves.
  2. The arrival of social engineers. After the initial contact specialists, other visitors arrive to help humanity learn planetary-scale cooperation: reorganizing economics, politics, and resource distribution so they serve everyone once national borders lose their grip.
  3. Technology sharing. Contact brings public access to new technologies, including holographic archives of Earth’s full history going back millennia, advanced vibrational medicine, and clean, free energy.

The Interstellar Alliance’s Social Experiments and “The Oracle”

To prepare people for the diplomatic realities of contact, the Interstellar Alliance Council runs a series of “social experiments” with human audiences.

Step 8 centers on overcoming ideological division, resolving conflict, and speaking from the heart. As part of it, an entity called Ashayia, “The Oracle,” delivered a riddle meant to prompt open, compassionate dialogue between people with very different beliefs:

“The dark night of the soul calls forth the light within, and when the light of truth comes forth, the blind shall see once again.”

No official interpretation was given. The riddle was left to us, to see how people cooperate in finding its meaning. Moving past surface-level political and social divides is the prerequisite for joining the wider galactic community.

Conclusion

The coming years will bring more documents, more hearings, and more official acknowledgments. They are not new discoveries. They are the slow release of what is already known, paced so the public can adjust. The window around 2027 is where that preparation ends and open contact begins.

What will change?
