Bashar’s Blueprint for Reality
Among the teachings Bashar has shared, the 1-3-5-7-11 download is one of the most compact. It is a numerical template that condenses the architecture of existence into five numbers, and it reads like an instruction manual for physical life: where reality comes from, how it is structured, what you need to stay in it, and how to move through it with the least friction.
1: The One
Everything begins with the One. Existence is a single, unbroken field of intelligence. In that undivided state it cannot know itself, because there is nothing outside it to reflect on.
To become self-aware, the One creates an internal distinction between “self” and “other-than-self.” Every person, entity, and object is a unique reflection of that same consciousness.
3: The Trinity
When the One divides itself this way, reality doesn’t stop at two. It becomes a trinity: two polarized opposites plus a neutral balance point between them.
That center point is your point of power, and it exists only in the present moment. This is also why triangles and tetrahedra are described as the stable energetic template underneath physical reality.
5: The Five Universal Laws
- You exist. You can’t stop existing, and non-existence doesn’t exist.
- Everything is here and now. Space and time are illusions, and all moments and places co-exist.
- The One is All, and the All are One. Every individual is a unique perspective on the whole of creation.
- What you put out is what you get back. Physical reality mirrors your core frequency and belief structure.
- Everything changes, except the first four laws. Change is constant, but the rules underneath it are not.
Your experience of reality keeps evolving, while this five-part structure stays fixed.

7: The Seven Basic Needs of Physical Life
When a soul projects into the physical “dream,” it takes on seven needs to maintain that incarnation. They are listed here by how quickly their absence affects you:
- Air: without it, physical life ends within minutes.
- Water: essential for short-term survival.
- Sleep: described as a necessary connection back to the spirit realm, a way to recharge the soul’s battery. Without it, psychosis and death follow in roughly eleven days.
- Food: physical sustenance over longer cycles.
- Compatible environment or shelter: the temperature and stability life depends on.
- Connection: meaningful communication and reflection with others, nature, animals, or creation itself.
- Creative expression and passion: acting on your unique passion. Its absence won’t kill the body, but neglecting it slowly dampens the spirit.
11: The Eleven Elements of Excitement
The last number is the practical toolkit. Excitement, or passion, is described as a complete system for daily living, and the elements below are the ones highlighted in this material:
- The driving engine: excitement supplies the emotional energy to move forward.
- The organizing principle: positive synchronicity arranges tasks and events in the order and timing they need.
- The path of least resistance: following your passion puts you in your natural flow and removes unnecessary struggle.
- The automatic support system: acting on excitement attracts whatever support you need, whether money, gifts, synchronicity, or new ideas.
- The reflective mirror: passion exposes hidden fear-based beliefs that don’t match your true self, so you can recognize and release them.
- The positiveness state: staying positive ensures you draw a beneficial outcome from any situation, however it looks on the surface.
From Belief to Knowingness
The point of 1-3-5-7-11 is not to collect concepts. Used together, the numbers form a map. The One and the trinity explain where you come from, the five laws describe the rules of the game, the seven needs keep you in it, and the eleven elements of excitement give you a compass.
Bashar’s invitation is to move from believing this intellectually to knowing it directly, and excitement is the tool he offers for doing so.
